Best in Customer Service for 2017 (Sarasota Magazine)
I was thrilled to find out that I was one of the 8% of agents in Sarasota/Manatee that was awarded the Five Star Agent Award for Best Customer Service when I opened my Sarasota Magazine this Spring! It's been 15 years that I have been building my career in real estate where I put my customer's needs first. I enjoy getting calls from people who are 2 times removed from 'old clients' who give out my name. I've had family members call me that are following their siblings down here and sometimes I'm tickled when other agents call to ask my opinion on strategies and even pricing their listings. It's an honor to experience such loyalty in times when relationships in other business often don't go beyond a text or an email. Concentrating on personal relationships, listening to what my customer's needs are and 15 years of ups and downs in this very specific market have helped me become the agent I am today. I am grateful that other people have noticed!
