oyster bay area (+landings)

"Orignally, we wanted to live West of the Trail in the Southside district but decided that the Oyster Bay area offered us a more quieter feel and was less expensive. We're only a couple of miles further south of Downtown but it's definally more relaxed. Our daughter is in the IB World School program at Phillippi Shores Elementary and she couldn't be happier."
" Red Rock Park is my favorite parks in Sarasota; you get a great mix of families, dog owners and people just enjoying the outdoors. It's where I've actually met a great deal of neighbors!"
"The Landings just felt right for us. We rented there across from the Racquet Club for 3 years and finally wondered why we weren't buying! The convenience of having Publix at your community entrance along with a couple of great lunch and breakfast places, it was the right fit for us!"
