A born and bred New Englander hailing from Wayland, Massachusetts, Liz Nason’s passion for real estate began at a young age. As the daughter of a well-known custom contemporary homebuilder in suburban Boston, Liz was raised in the real estate industry. Following a successful human resources career in New York City, Liz decided in 2001 that she wanted a better quality of life and warmer climate. Relocating to Sarasota, Liz obtained her Florida real estate license the following year and embarked on a second career as a REALTOR®. She is thrilled to join the Downtown Sarasota office of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.
Just as she enjoyed matching the right employee with the right position while working in human resources, Liz applies the same skillset when carefully finding the right home for her customers. A disciplined professional, she puts great time and effort into researching, marketing and selling any and every home.
“After almost two decades of selling real estate, I feel my strength is my ability to adapt to what my customer needs from me. I’m able to shift gears from selling a condominium downtown to finding a waterfront home, or helping an investor find a rental property for a portfolio. If you have a $250,000 home to sell, you will be getting the same level of services and energy as you would if it were a multimillion-dollar home on Longboat. 95% of my business is from referrals by former customers, so I must be doing something right!”
For the past 13 consecutive years, Liz has received from Sarasota Magazine a Five Star Award, Best in Customer Service, an elite group encompassing only the area’s top 4% of real estate agents. She’s personally sold nearly $60 million, representing both buyers and sellers, and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). Liz has a stellar reputation, and is respected by other industry professionals for the relationships that she cultivates and maintains.
In her leisure time, Liz enjoys shopping the Downtown Sarasota Farmers Market on Saturdays, scuba diving, traveling and spending time with her husband and their dog, Harry, a Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen.
